Tofu triangles, breaded, fried
Dice, grate, chop, crumble, slice, roast, fry, grill, steam? Anything goes, nothing has to. Here we show you how to process your tofu/quinoa.

1
Cut the omami chickpea tofu in half lengthwise. Divide each side into 8 triangles.

2
Mix the starch and water together with the omami chickpea tofu marinade from the packet until the mixture thickens. Turn the triangles in the starch mixture and then roll in breadcrumbs or panko breadcrumbs.

3
Heat a pan with 2 tbsp oil and fry the breaded omami chickpea tofu on both sides until crispy and golden brown.
