Ingredients:
Chickpea tofu (83% chickpeas, water, firming agent (magnesium chloride, calcium chloride)), 10% marinade (water, salt, sugar, rapeseed oil, pumpkin seeds, 5% chickpeas, cornstarch, wheat*, oats*, 2% ground black pepper).
*We use a special processing technique to ensure gluten content is less than 20 mg/kg.
It was incredibly delicious. Finally a tofu made without soy. Great work.
