Born and raised in Austria, Christina is taking tofu to new heights, changing perspectives worldwide on this incredibly versatile culinary chameleon.
With a taste for peak experiences, it’s no surprise Christina loves Killing Eve, ice cream and cat-cuddling. Although that’s pretty hard to top, she also loves to scale new heights in the realm of flavor, elevating her tastebuds to ever higher altitudes of experience.
Active for more than 20 years in the plant-based food sector, Christina has built up brands with speed and impact. Before bringing omami to the world, Christina held management positions at several leading food and beverage companies, including Vöslauer, Coca-Cola,Veganz and Gorillas.
Favorite omami flavor: Black Pepper – because it’s a game-changer, pairing amazing depth and intensity of flavor with incredible versatility.

A passionate foodie since before the term even existed, Katharina is also one of the foodie world’s leading lights, thanks to her extremely popular cookbook blog, Valentinas. A law degree, a love of botany and her experience running Valentinas, blended together with over 20 years overseeing communications for publishing houses and corporations, have given Katharina precisely the right combination of ingredients to cook up a storm around omami. She also loves to cook up a storm for friends and family, in the knowledge that around the dinner table she can create a savory haven, far far away from the storms of life.
Favorite omami flavor: Black Pepper – because its acidity is pure culinary alchemy.

Picture Kristin in a white lab coat, clipboard in hand. With a degree in food technology, Kristin’s truly omami’s in-house scientist. You might even call Kristin a mad scientist because she’s mad about omami – and that’s saying a LOT because over the years, she’s dipped her forceps into just about every plant-based delight known to humankind. She also has an insane sense of taste. However, in every other way – and as the mastermind behind omami’s product development and processes – she’s as sane as they come. Except that she’s also one of those freaks who can’t sleep unless her binders are in the right order…
Favorite omami flavor: Like a true multitasker, Kristen finds it impossible to limit herself to just flavor. She adores Tasty Nature – also a multitasker – because it’s so incredibly versatile as well as packed with umami flavor. She also has a soft spot for Black Pepper because of its piquant marinade and the wonderfully crispy, aromatic crust it yields when fried. Drool…!

We think Annika is, frankly, the greatest thing since sliced bread. And we don’t say that lightly. You can introduce pretty much any fresh ingredient to this energetic, experienced, empathetic and adaptable multitasker and she’ll transform it into a mouthwatering masterpiece or an eye-popping Powerpoint. She’s priceless as the dedicated point of contact for our retail partners, while working in parallel alongside Kristin to ensure our internal processes glide along smoothly. Last but certainly not least, Annika is an unapologetic Queen fan, which explains the Freddie Mercury pose in her portrait pic, as well as how “Don’t stop me now” became the unofficial omami anthem.
Favorite omami flavor: Sweet Chili, because it’s sweet-spiciness hits just the right spot on the palate.

Multilingual and multi-talented, Dilara planned to become an architect after finishing her studies – until omani’s eye-catching, four-cornered minimalism captured her heart and hijacked her mission. (We just made that up.) We’re thrilled that Dilara’s opted to put her Metaverse-prowess and social media savvy towards spreading the word about omami’s tofuniverse, and we’ve promised to reward her when omami hits the big time with the commission to design our swanky zero-emission global headquarters. Everybody wins. In the meantime, we sometimes catch her carving and stacking omamis into magical structures on her lunch break. (We also made that up – but we’d love it if she did!)
