Tofu-Gyros
Dice, grate, chop, crumble, slice, roast, fry, grill, steam? Anything goes, nothing has to. Here we show you how to process your tofu/quinoa.

For the gyros look: Cut the omami chickpea tofu into slices and then crosswise. Cut the onions into thin rings.

Fry both in oil for 5 minutes until golden brown. Add the chopped garlic and thyme leaves and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Then deglaze the gyros with soy sauce and boil the sauce down a little. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
