Tofu slices, breaded
Dice, grate, chop, crumble, slice, roast, fry, grill, steam? Anything goes, nothing has to. Here we show you how to process your tofu/quinoa.

1
Cut the omami chickpea tofu in half. Mix the marinade from your chickpea tofu with a little starch and milk of your choice to make a thick mixture that can just be mixed and place it on a plate. Put the breadcrumbs on another plate.

2
For the breading, first roll the halves thoroughly in the starch mixture and then in the breadcrumbs.

3
Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the breaded omami tofu halves until they are golden brown and crispy. Mmmh!
