Tofu Crumble
Dice, grate, chop, crumble, slice, roast, fry, grill, steam? Anything goes, nothing has to. Here we show you how to process your tofu/quinoa.

Mash the tofu into crumbs with a fork.

Done. Give me a frying pan.

Heat frying oil in a non-stick frying pan, add the tofu crumbs and fry for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned. You can also fry them for longer if you like them crispier.
