Tofu Shreds
Dice, grate, chop, crumble, slice, roast, fry, grill, steam? Anything goes, nothing has to. Here we show you how to process your tofu/quinoa.

Preheat the oven to top/bottom heat 175°C.

Press the medium-firm omami chickpea tofu firmly with the side against the grater and slowly move it downwards. You will need to feel how firmly you can press without breaking the tofu. After a few grating movements, omami and you will be a well-coordinated team.

Place the shreds on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes or until they are slightly crispy. This is slightly different for every oven.
