Easy Green Salad with crunchy tofu cubes

Ingredients

Salad:
200 g
omami Black Pepper Tofu, cut into cubes
100 g
baby spinach
¼
cucumber, cut into thin slices
½
small red onion, cut into thin slices
some oil for frying
Dressing:
100 ml
orange juice, freshly squeezed from 1-2 oranges
2 tbsp.
olive oil
2 tsp.
agave syrup
1 tsp.
sweet mustard
salt
pepper

Preparation

  1. Sear the tofu on all sides. Set aside.
  2. Sort the spinach leaves, wash and spin dry.
  3. Arrange the spinach, onions and tofu on plates.
  4. Mix the ingredients for the dressing well and pour over the salad.
