Easy Green Salad with crunchy tofu cubes

Ingredients
Salad:
200 g
omami Black Pepper Tofu, cut into cubes
100 g
baby spinach
¼
cucumber, cut into thin slices
½
small red onion, cut into thin slices
some oil for frying
Dressing:
100 ml
orange juice, freshly squeezed from 1-2 oranges
2 tbsp.
olive oil
2 tsp.
agave syrup
1 tsp.
sweet mustard
salt
pepper
Preparation
- Sear the tofu on all sides. Set aside.
- Sort the spinach leaves, wash and spin dry.
- Arrange the spinach, onions and tofu on plates.
- Mix the ingredients for the dressing well and pour over the salad.
